Just returned from Costa Rica Girl´s Trip March 2012!

We (3) have just returned from a week in Costa Rica and we had a wonderful time. As we were new to the country, and we hate to drive in foreign countries, we booked thru a travel agent, Tachiz Travel www.tachiztravel.com. We made a few modifications to one of their advertised tours, with no problems.
We stayed at Poco a Poco in Santa Helena, Volcano Lodge in Arenal and Flamingo Hotel in Flamingo Beach. All very nice places, relatively small and quiet, (no Cancun-style raging Spring breakers.)

They booked several excursions for us, (zip line, raft ride, cloud forest tour, visit to The Springs resort, riotous horse ride.) All arrangements went perfectly.

Our drivers were on time, very friendly and SAFE! The trip seemed to be a good value and we really appreciated the exclusive transportation and (mostly) exclusive tours.

Overall a fantastic trip. We had no concerns for our personal safety, indeed no concerns or problems at all while we were visiting Costa Rica.
