Manuel Antonio National Park
This wilderness area is located on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the province of Puntarenas. It is located 7km south of the city of Quepos between Damas and Matapalo. It covers an area of 683 hectares on land and 55,000 hectares in the marina.
With one of the most impressive landscapes throughout Costa Rica, the park boasts white sand and green foliage in the midst of great mountains.
Manuel Antonio National Park is in the area of tropical wet forest life. Protects patches of primary forest, secondary forest, mangrove, beach vegetation, marine environments, islands and a lagoon of 14 hectares.
