Puerto Viejo



The southern Caribbean coast in Costa Rica is simply a wonderful place to visit, famous for surfing, with its relaxing atmosphere, the food quite spicy and unique Afro-Caribbean culture. The heart and soul of the Caribbean area is expressed in the rich flavors that make it the favorite place for tourists looking for relaxation and fun in the sun.

Most people here have Afro-Caribbean descent and from Jamaica or other Caribbean islands, are completely rasta listening to reggae and calypso music in the streets and smell the delicious aromas of Creole cuisine. Moreover, the language is simply a mixture of Spanish, sometimes heard in English dialect. The village opens its doors to all foreigners, these people are unforgettable experiences. In addition to all its beauties also have the chance to be in direct contact with the indigenous Indian tribes that have inhabited the region for thousands of years.
