Trip Review from 3/1/2016 by Mr. Scott Pavalko, USA.

Your overall comments on the trip:
Both Alex and Francisco were very accommodating, not only during our time in Costa Rica but during the scheduling process before our trip.

This was our first trip to CR celebrating our honeymoon.  It could not have been better.  All of our accommodations, tours and transfers were scheduled perfectly with one exception.  One of the tour companies did not pick us up at the proper time.  On that particular evening, we spoke with both Alex and Francisco, they not only worked to reschedule a different tour for us but they arranged for us to have a nice dinner at their expense for the inconvenience.  We always felt that they went above and beyond what would typically be "expected".

I highly recommend visiting Costa Rica.  It is a beautiful country with extremely friendly people that offers a lot of different things to do depending on your taste.  From the beautiful beaches in Manuel Antonio to the extraordinary flora and fauna in Monteverde, we had a great trip.

Tachiz Travel exceeded our expectations with interaction during our time in Costa Rica.  They checked in with us on many occasions to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed any additional assistance with everything.

I highly recommend booking a trip through Tachiz Travel.  Alex and Francisco always are very prompt returning phone calls and emails.
What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?
Its difficult to pick one thing that is most memorable.  What sticks out to us the most is that the people of Costa Rica that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful.  I highly recommend guided tours of the national parks.  All of our guides were extremely knowledgeable.  We certainly would have missed several interesting animals or plants if we were on our own.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?
We had a wonderful experience in Costa Rica.  Our schedule was pretty packed with activities.  If I were going again, I might leave a little bit more free time to either explore the various towns that we stayed near or to schedule a different activity once we learned more about each area.  All of the activities that we chose were great but making all the decisions from Chicago was a bit difficult.
