“ Tachiz Travel ” Yesterday on Trip Advisor

We used Tachiz Travel www.tachiztravel.com for our recent trip to Tamarindo. Alex was fantastic. He found a great hotel for us that was a perfect fit. But more importantly, ...when we had a problem with the A/C in one of our rooms...and the hotel was slow to respond, Alex got involved and got us moved to a new room right away. We were very lucky that we booked the hotel through his agency and he had clout with the hotel. I'd definitely use his company again! Jennifer S.
