We returned for 10 wedding anniversary after spending honeymoon in Costa Rica. I found you through website-name recognition – I am quite sure our previous trip was booked with Tachiz I would like to say that although I recognize that the Arenal Paraiso may not be for all types of people, we absolutely loved it  and would definitely go back there if staying in Arenal again. There were a few issues with the A/C not working and losing electricity, but they were very responsive. We loved the atmosphere there, as well as the zip line tour on promises. All of the food at their restaurant was fabulous.

Everything at the Riu Guanacaste was very nice, but we would probably prefer a smaller more laid back hotel the next time. We truly had a wonderful trip and love Tachiz Travel.
