We just returned yesterday from our 10 day vacation in Costa Rica Costa Rica, which we booked through Tachiz Travel.
I can't say enough good things about this travel agency! Everything went flawlessly - all 5 hotels we stayed at, all our transfers and all of our tours were absolutely perfect. Our drivers were all on time and very friendly, and the tour guides we had were very well informed and patient with all questions.
Having Alexis from Tachiz "on call" during our entire stay was wonderful. He worked very hard trying to track down my lost cell phone by calling every single hotel and restaurant we were at, in addition to the places that we stopped while we were on the road.
The welcome gift that we received from Tachiz after landing in San Jose made us feel so special and so welcomed. The phone call to make sure all was going well was also very welcome and very much appreciated.
One of our transfers happened to bring us close to the family's restaurant, so we were able to have lunch there and meet the whole family! It made our visit so nice to actually meet and get to know a Costa Rican family. And what a precious family it is!
Because of our fantastic experience with Tachiz Travel, this is the only one I will use for our future trips. In fact, I can't wait to go back and I've only been home one day! :)
I really have to thank Tachiz Travel for being so patient while we fine- tuned our trip (making MANY changes) and for making this the most perfect trip we've ever taken to the most beautiful country we've ever seen.
