The town of Orosi. The colonial church in the center of the village dates from 1727 and has very nice gardens and very nice museum that displays collections of artifacts and religious paintings. The museum is open from 8 am to 5 pm, except 12 noon to 1 PM, when closed due to lunch hour.
The town seems like a dream, but it is a living testimony of Costa Rica's agricultural past.
The Dreamers House. Quesada brothers continue the tradition of his father in producing excellent products hand carved from small statues to furniture designed to suit the client.
Hot Springs. There are many choices of places with hot springs in this town. There are two public beaches. However, the thermal favorite place is right on the edge of town in a coffee farm privately owned. These hot springs naturally bubble next to the Orosi River, which provides a wonderful contrast in temperature between giant boulders, lush forests and a sense of discovery. Montaña Linda can provide maps to get to this site.
