Costa Rica will have a new president elect this Sunday April 6th, 2014. The official candidate quit all campaign efforts a month ago as he said that the Costaricans had expressed their will. Inspite of this fact, Costa rica will still have to hold the costly election this coming Sunday. It all seems like the Costaricans want Mr. Luis Guillermo Solis for president instead of the official candidate, Johnny Araya who already quit on his campaign. Have the Costaricans had enough of the governing party who won the two previous elections?
