Manuel Antonio National Park




Manuel Antonio has a rich history of training as it is a small island biodiversity that is within an area subject to different activities, such as agriculture, cattle and high tourism development.
And part of the forest is still in the process of regeneration, which in the past was the subject of a selective extraction of timber.
Manuel Antonio National Park is one of the most beautiful scenery in the country. Its very humid tropical forest is one of its most important attractions where species of flora and fauna in danger of extinction.
Punta Catedral is a geomorphological feature to highlight. In the past it was an island due to the accumulation of sediments, joined to the mainland, forming a sandy strip called tombolo.
